eCarbon Labs is a new age mechanical and electro-mechanical product and service rendering start-up. We work on full scale design, development, optimization, manufacturing and testing of machines and mechatronic systems.
We use bleeding edge technology, including but not limited to 3D Computer Aided Design, Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM), Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), PLC system design and development and also conventional manufacturing practices like sheet metal fabrication, machining etc. to bring out outstanding products.
• Deliver design solutions for components and complex assemblies in consideration of safety, manufacturing capability, product physical and functional robustness.
• Make design solutions considering the Unit Cost, Weight, Maintainability and Repair.
• Deliver definition to appropriate stakeholder groups’ requirements e.g. manufacturing (external), project customers, analysis teams in accordance with associated agreed routes.
• Quality Assurance through checking of design documents, models, drawings and actual components
• Should be able to work without supervision
• B.E /Diploma – Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
• I.T.I
• Freshers or less than 1 year experience
• Should be aware of different manufacturing processes and techniques
• Should be meticulous and precise
• Excellent communication skills
• Should be willing to take up and complete tasks until execution
• Good critical thinking/problem solving skills
• Experience in CAD tools like Solidworks, Autodesk Fusion, Autodesk Inventor is an added advantage
• Should be willing to work from office located in Kamakshipalya, Bengaluru.
